    The Iranian-Russian forum lays new prospects

    The Iranian statistics allocates three large industries: oil (including production and primary oil and gas extraction), processing (including petro chemistry) and mining.

    Iran has metallurgical, automobile plants of buses assembly, an opportunity to grow up plants, there is a good infrastructure of roads in the country, worthy telecommunication systems and good opportunities for broadcasting on radio and television. The state finances and renders assistance in starting up of the enterprises which are concentrating on export products. Free zones, that attract foreign capital, become the important centers of industrial development. Besides oil products carpets, caviar, cotton, fruit, textiles, minerals, vehicles and nuts belong to exportable products of the nation.

    Sverdlovsk region by the invitation of the government of Russian Federation will take part in work of the Russian-Iranian Forum on interregional cooperation which will take place in Astrakhan in the middle of May. Besides, the Iranian side during the visit of the delegation of the region headed by the governor Evgeny Kuyvashev has confirmed the intention to participate in the work of the VII International industrial INNOPROM exhibition.

    B2b meeting are scheduled in the program of the forum, a conference of the Russian-Iranian intergovernmental working group on interregional cooperation, the round tables devoted to development of economic and humanitarian contacts. The Russian delegation will be headed by Igor Shuvalov - the first vice-president of the government of the country, Iranian part will be headed by Mahmoud Vaezi – the Minister of Communications and information technologies of the Islamic Republic.
