    The fifth Russian-Turkmen economic forum has started in Yekaterinburg

    Representatives of the largest Turkmen companies specializing in production and recycling of oil and gas, construction, issue of medical and chemical production, logistics, agriculture and finances have arrived to Central Ural Mountains for business negotiations. The chairman of the Chamber of Trade and Commerce of Turkmenistan Dovran  Orazmuradov  also were. The chief of the Russian delegation heads the delegation staff which implies representatives of the sectoral ministries and departments of the country.

    On behalf of the governor of Sverdlovsk region Evgeny Kuyvashev the participants of the forum were greeted by  Sergey Perestoronin - the head of the administration of the region. "Being guided by the agreements reached by the leaders of our states and sufficient potential of our mutual cooperation, Sverdlovsk region systemically carries out the work on the strengthening of trade and economic relations with Turkmenistan. We are grateful to organizers of the forum for the selection of Sverdlovsk region as the platform for meeting, for us is a good opportunity to continue constructive dialogue with the Turkmen side", – Sergey Perestoronin told.

    Dovran Orazmuradov has thanked the residents of Yekaterinburg city for hearty welcome and called regular contacts as a necessary condition for the development of further partnership.  «The Chamber of Trade and Commerce of Turkmenistan for already several years  has been constantly holding meetings with the Russian business, and we see big  interest of the Russian and Turkmen enterprises in cooperation", – the vice-president of the Turkmen Chamber of  Trade and Commerce reported.

    They  consider this forum as one of the opportunities to prevent trends on decrease in economic contacts. Turkmenistan is very strong in such sectors as agriculture, the textile industry. Magnificent cotton and woolen fiber is manufactured in the country. They are interested in the organization of joint textile productions, cooperation in agricultural business. The partnership can be very beneficial and in other directions. As a matter of fact, Sverdlovsk region interest towards Turkmenistan is very high nowadays.  Many enterprises of the region are ready to increase their presence in the market of
    Turkmenistan.  Among strategic branches he called mining and metallurgical, chemical industry, mechanical engineering, including transport, power and health care sectors.

    So thus, the government of Sverdlovsk region together with the enterprises of the region plans participation in the 21st International exhibition of the oil and gas industry "Oil and gas of Turkmenistan" in November, 2016.
